At Eddy Street Pty Ltd ("Eddy Street", "we", "us", "our"), we provide a range of digital products and professional services. Because our offerings range from pre-packaged content to bespoke technical development, our refund policy is categorized by the nature of the purchase:
1. Digital Products & Educational Resources
• Digital Assets: Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our digital resources (including but not limited to Video Training, PDF Guides, and Automation Templates), all sales of these items are final.
• No Refunds: Once access to the digital portal, member area, or download link has been granted, we do not offer refunds. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets.
2. Advisory, Coaching, Workshops & Seminars
• Professional Consulting & Coaching: Fees for scheduled consulting sessions or group coaching are non-refundable once onboarding has initiated, research has commenced, or the first scheduled session has occurred (whichever is earliest).
• Workshops & Seminars: Due to the fixed costs associated with hosting live events (including venue hire, materials, and limited seating), tickets and registration fees for Workshops and Seminars are non-refundable.
• Ticket Transfers: While we do not offer refunds for Workshops or Seminars, you may request to transfer your ticket to another individual at least 72 hours prior to the event start time by contacting [email protected].
• Rescheduling Policy: For 1-on-1 consulting or advisory sessions, we require a minimum of 48 hours' written notice to reschedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion.
3. Bespoke Development & Managed Services
• Custom Implementation: Deposits and milestone payments for custom AI development, CRM integrations, and bespoke automation builds are non-refundable once technical work has commenced.
• Project Termination: If a project is terminated by the Client prior to completion, the Client remains liable for payment for all milestones achieved or professional hours logged up to the date of termination.
• Ongoing Maintenance Retainers: Monthly support or system maintenance agreements may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service already delivered.
4. Service Disputes & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• Quality Guarantee: We are committed to professional excellence. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
• ACCC Compliance: Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a "major failure" of service (as defined by the ACCC), you are entitled to a refund or compensation.
5. Governing Law
• This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
